I had to contact FireStar Toys about a question on my order, and they got back to me quickly. I think it was the next day, or maybe the day after since I can’t totally remember when I sent the message, but it didn’t feel like I was waiting around for ages.
The reply was clear and actually sounded like a real person had read my question, not just a copy-paste answer. They sorted it out without loads of back and forth, which I appreciated.
I’m giving 4 stars because the first email confirmation seemed a bit slow to arrive, though now I’m not even sure if I was checking too soon. Either way, the customer service itself was good and I’d use them again...

"Fair shipping, but I’d leave if fees got sneaky"
I always check shipping before I place an order, and the cost here was fair. Nothing weird got tacked on at checkout, which I really appreciate. If they ever start adding surprise fees, I’d probably take my business somewhere else, but for now I’m happy and would order again.

"Genuine Lego parts, no issues"
I was in a bit of a rush when I ordered some minifig parts from firestartoys, so I was slightly nervous I hadn’t checked everything properly. But it all turned up fine, and the pieces were genuine Lego, not cheap knockoffs. The prints looked right, everything fit like it should, and it matched the photos. Happy with the order and I’d use them again

I’ve ordered from FireStar Toys a few times now, the delivery has been consistently reliable. I know it’s only toys and bits, but when you’re paying for something, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect it to turn up when they say it will.
Every order I’ve had has arrived well packed, with nothing missing or damaged, which is always a relief. Even the smaller orders have come quickly enough, so it’s not like they only make an effort when you spend more.
There isn’t loads more to say, really. They do the basic things properly, and that’s exactly why I keep going back instead of taking a chance somewhere else. I’ll definitely use them again.

"I do like that the points are there…"
I do like that the points are there because, in theory, they definitely help and make you feel like you’re getting something back. The problem is that actually using them takes way longer than I expected. It’s not that the points are worthless or anything like that, because they do add up and can be helpful, but the process of redeeming or applying them just feels slow and a bit more complicated than it needs to be. I found myself spending more time figuring out how to use them than I thought I would, which kind of takes away from the benefit. So overall, nice perk, but I wish it was quicker and easier to actually use the points once you have them.

I was kind of rushing and feeling pressured because the LEGO minifigure bits I needed were sold out everywhere else. FireStarToys actually had them in stock, which was a relief, and the checkout process was simple enough. My order arrived without any issues, so no complaints from me.

I ordered a few minifig parts to Germany and everything showed up exactly as described. The parts were packed well, tracking worked fine, and nothing was damaged. Shipping did take a bit longer than I was hoping, so I probably wouldn’t order here if I needed something urgently. But overall, I’m happy with the order and would use them again.

"Small hiccup, but they sorted it out"
I ordered a few bits from FireStar Toys and when the parcel turned up, one item was missing. Bit frustrating at first, especially because it was for my son and he was already hovering around the box like it was Christmas morning. I emailed them later that day, after making a cup of tea and double-checking the packaging about three times, and they got back to me quickly. They looked into it and sent the missing part out without any fuss or making me jump through hoops. It took a few extra days to arrive, but it’s all sorted now. Giving 4 stars because the order wasn’t perfect the first time, but their customer service handled it well

My order actually got here faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Everything was packed fine too, at least from what I could tell. The only thing was the tracking didn’t really update much, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on for a bit. Maybe that was just on the carrier, not sure. Overall though, good experience.
